Thank you for your interest in donating durable medical equipment to the NEAT Center at Oak Hill, so that we may refurbish it and put it to great use. Your donation can greatly benefit individuals with disabilities, of all ages, and their families. It is important to know that we can only accept donations that are gently used.
The acceptance of each donation is heavily dependent on the condition of the equipment and equipment needs of NEAT.
All donations are fully tax-deductible; please request a donation receipt.
A fee may be incurred for the request of donation pick-up; and may take 2-3 weeks.
If you are unsure of about the condition of the equipment that you would like to donate, please inquire with our team. We may ask you to send pictures.
Our services are by appointment only. Walk-ins may be turned away or may incur a wait time until someone can assist their needs.
Before donating durable medical equipment, always check the equipment for stickers that may indicate specific vendors/agencies items should be returned to, especially if the equipment is not under your ownership.
Our equipment needs are always changing. At this time, we are ONLY accepting:
Full-Hospital Beds (it should have 3 motors)
We do NOT accept mattresses!
Rollators with working brakes
Manual and Transport Wheelchairs
Unique Adaptive and Recreational Equipment
